After the sad passing of Dr Jim Watts the SRS studs have been working towards a relaunch of SRS genetics to continue the valuable work of Jim and create an ongoing legacy to the enormous contribution he made to the Merino industry over 40 years.
We are now ready to accept commercial members giving everybody the opportunity to be a part of SRS and benefit from the further research, education, and promotion that the group can offer. There will be a number of benefits available to members including a rebate on SRS rams purchased, a discount on tags, exclusive use and promotion of surplus sheep as SRS, a 20% discount on Jason Trompf’s “Lambsalive” program, and many more!
