I think that Norm’s management is an excellent example of a highly integrated approach.

He has incorporated multiple aspects into his management – maintaining a stud flock and contributing to the development of lines that combine quantity and quality with innovative strategies to improve animal health and welfare at the same time as regenerating grasslands through attention to grazing management. He has monitored this systematically so that he can clearly show the change in the direction he wants to go.
